These tanks were built between 1883 and 1884 by the Compañía de los Ferrocarriles Andaluces and their mission was to guarantee drinking water to the population during the three summer months.with a surface of more than 1400 square meters, these subway tanks have been in use for more than one hundred years, being one of the most important and, at the same time, most unknown heritage elements that exist in Belmez.New action with the PSTD.
