Neighborhood that receives this name because the houses of the directors of the SMMP were located in it. In all these villas that make up the neighborhood you can appreciate the French style, being very similar to each other on the outside. The large garden in front of the facade and a wooden fence that surrounded them, as well as the wooden windows, can be appreciated at first sight. The rooms were of ample dimensions with high ceilings and had large back patios. Inside the houses, a distinction was made between the servants’ quarters and the lords’ quarters. At present, the exterior structure of some houses is still preserved, although other houses located in this area are of recent construction.
